Shipping & Cancellation Policy

We value our customers’ time and money, and we strive to ensure that you receive your purchased products in perfect condition, on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we primarily use Bluedart for deliveries. If your location is not serviced by Bluedart and your order is prepaid, we may use alternative courier services such as Delhivery Direct, DTDC, or India Post.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Orders (India): Delivery timelines depend on your location:
    • Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–4 working days
    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities and rural areas: 5–7 working days
    • Average range: 2–5 days
  • International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Pan India:
    • Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping
    • Orders below ₹2,000: ₹200 shipping charge applied
  • Worldwide: Not applicable as international shipping is currently unavailable.

Important: If your order is lost, undelivered, or cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), the full amount will be refunded.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our customer care immediately:

Cancellation Policy

Ramesh Watch reserves the right to cancel any order if circumstances prevent us from fulfilling it. We will communicate cancellations and refunds promptly.

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

    • Cancellations beyond 24 hours are considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion.
  • Sale Items: Orders placed during sales cannot be cancelled.
  • Customized Products/Orders: Cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. No discount is applicable for customization costs.

Refunds

  • Cancelled Orders within 24 Hours: Refunds will be issued either as a credit voucher or returned to your bank account/credit card within 7-10 business days.
  • Sale Products: Not eligible for refunds
  • Refund Limits: Refunds will never exceed the value of the purchased product.
  • During peak periods, such as sales or festive seasons, refund processing may take slightly longer.
