At Ramesh Watch, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless refund experience. Please review the details below to understand how refunds are processed.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes the quality inspection.
- The product must be unused, in brand-new condition and returned with original box, warranty card, tags and accessories.
- Returns for personal preference (size, look etc.) must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns for functional/manufacturing issues must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Refund Method

Online Payment Orders (Razorpay, UPI, Card, Net Banking):
Refund will be processed to the same payment method or bank account used during the order. Refund will be initiated only after quality inspection approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refund will be issued to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS transfer.
Our support team will request your bank details once the return is verified.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection of returned product: 24–48 hours after receiving the item
- Refund initiation: Within 48 hours of approval
- Amount reflection in your account: 5–10 working days (may vary by payment provider)
Non-Refundable Items
- Smartwatches are non-returnable — hence refunds are not provided for change of mind. Functional issues will be handled under the respective brand warranty (if applicable).
- Products that show signs of use, scratches, damage or missing accessories/packaging.
- Returns requested outside the allowed time windows.
Deductions (if applicable)
- For orders below ₹10,000: ₹200 return shipping charge (within India)
- For orders ₹10,000 and above: 2% of the product value will be charged as return shipping fee
Example: Product price ₹12,000 → 2% return shipping fee = ₹240.
