Easy Returns & Exchanges
We offer two types of return windows based on the reason for return:

How to Raise a Return Request

- Our customer support team will get back to you within 24 hours.
What Is Eligible for a Return?
- Product is unused, unworn and in brand-new condition.
- No scratches, dents or signs of wear.
- Returned with all original items:
- Original box/packaging
- Warranty card
- Tags and protective films
- Manuals and all accessories
If any of these items are missing or the product shows signs of use, the return may be rejected.
Return Shipping Charges
For Customers Residing in India
- Our team will arrange the return shipment (reverse pickup).
- Return shipping charges are based on the product value:
- Below ₹10,000: Flat return shipping fee ₹200

₹10,000 & above: 2% return shipping fee
Example: ₹15,000 → 2% = ₹300
- Fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.
For Customers Residing Outside India
- Customer must arrange and bear the cost of return shipping.
- We are not responsible for any international return shipping fees.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Refund initiated within 48 hours after QC approval.
- Refund may take 5–8 working days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
- Smartwatches are non-returnable. Functional issues will be covered under brand warranty where available.
Return Not Accepted If
- Damage has occurred after delivery due to mishandling by the customer.
- The watch has been used, worn, resized or altered.
- Original packaging, tags, warranty card or accessories are missing.
- The return or issue is reported outside the allowed time window (48 hours for change of mind / 10 days for functional issues).
- The 10-day return policy applies only to verified functional or manufacturing defects. If any physical or accidental damage occurs after delivery during customer usage (e.g., impact damage, cracked glass, strap damage, or water exposure beyond its rating), the return request will be strictly rejected. A detailed quality check video is recorded before dispatch — the watch must be returned in the exact same unused and undamaged condition as delivered.

Will my return be accepted if the watch has water damage or physical damage?
Returns will be strictly rejected if any damage occurs after delivery due to customer usage — including cracked glass, dents, strap breakage or water damage caused by exceeding the watch’s water-resistance rating. These are considered accidental or physical damage and are not covered under the 10-day return policy.
How long does the refund take?
